Market activity on Thursday registered a volume of 481,151 shares while trade value rose to $7.55 million with only four securities on the First Tier market being traded.

Sagicor Financial Corporation led with a trade volume of 325,198 shares valued at $5.85 million, and was the only issue to witness a price movement as it declined by $0.24 to $18.00. First Caribbean International Bank Limited ended the day with 144,950 shares being traded for $1.59 million. Agostini’s Ltd contributed 10,118 shares at a value of $101,180.00, while LJ Williams B added 885 shares with a market value of $1,770.00.

On the Mutual Fund market, Praetorian Property Mutual Fund slipped further, losing $0.01 to close on $4.49 as 200 shares were traded for of $898.00. Prices remained at $5.11 for Caribbean Property Fund and $75.98 for SavInvest India Asia Fund.

There was no activity on the Second Tier market.

Sagicor’s price drop brought the Cross Listed down 0.18 points to 88.83 and the Composite Index down 0.74 points to 1,097.90. The All T&T Index stood firm at 1,475.77.
