Market activity dipped slightly, recording a trade volume of 41,247 shares and trade value of $751,576.56.

Readymix (West Indies) Limited led with 12,950 shares valued at $410,395.00, while enjoying the largest price increase of the day, up $0.25 to $31.75.

Point Lisas Industrial Port Development Corporation Limited (Plipdeco) contributed 8,350 shares for $83,425.00, while 6,116 shares of National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited were traded for $11,348.08.

Among the advancing issues were Plipdeco and Sagicor Financial Corporation, climbing $0.15 and $0.10 to $10.00 and $18.35 respectively.

Prestige Holdings Limited also ticked up $0.01 to close on $3.51.

Ansa Mc Al Limited fell by $0.10 to $60.39, while National Enterprises Limited followed with a decrease of $0.09 to $11.90. National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited shed $0.02 to end on $1.88, as Jamaica Money Market Brokers Limited slipped by $0.01 to $0.99.

The Mutual Fund market witnessed activity as 5,000 shares of Caribbean Property Fund were exchanged for $25,550.00.

Its price was down $0.05 to $5.11. There was no activity on the Second Tier market.

Despite the price increases of some securities, the indices continued on their downward path.

The Composite Index lost 1.09 points closing on 1,144.11.

The All T&T Index shed 1.40 points to end on 1,539.05 and the Cross Listed Index slipped by 0.10 points down to 92.43.
