One Caribbean Media Ltd emerged the leader in trade volume with 225,228 shares trading at a market value of $3.90 million. Following, was Guardian Holdings Limited with 190,524 shares at a value of $4.57 million.

Market value was led by Republic Bank Ltd with a total value of $5.46 million exchanging hands as 58,377 shares were traded. Market activity closed for the day with total volume at 757,919 and total value at $18.25 million.

Guardian Holdings Ltd enjoyed the greatest price movement for the day with an advance of $1.01 to $24.02. Scotiabank Trinidad & Tobago Ltd also moved up for the day by $0.07 to end at $30.07. Ansa Merchant Bank Ltd and National Enterprises Ltd saw increases of $0.04 each to close at $22.55 and $7.15 respectively.

Declines included a drop in Plipdeco Ltd of $0.06 and volume leader, One Caribbean Media of $0.04 down to $8.00 and $17.30 in that order.

There was no activity on either the Mutual Fund or Second Tier markets.

The Composite Index climbed by 2.52 points to close at 981.38, while the All T&T Index increased by 4.69 points to 1,233.93.
