SECOND TERM: President George Maxwell Richards signs on the dotted line to become the country’s President for a second term. Overseeing the signing at right is Chief Justice Ivor Archie. President Richards’ inauguration took place yesterday at the Haseley Crawford Stadium. The occasion was historic in that it was the first public inauguration of the country’s President.
