CARIBBEAN Airlines (CA) yesterday assured it will hold family/open day to celebrate its first year in operations, but is uncertain when it will take place.

Airline officials told Newsday that “we have been working on it for the last couple weeks” and an announcement will be made in due course.

CA was launched on January 1, 2007 following the closure of BWIA on December 31, 2006.
