THE
Super 10 Basketball League and Brian Chase Academy will
hold a four-day Shooting camp at the Woodbrook Youth Facility,
Hamilton Holder Street, Woodbrook, from tomorrow until Friday.
The camp will start at 7 am and run until 2 pm each day.
Participants will be taught all the basic shooting skills
and techniques, shooting drills and fundamentals of shooting
the basketball.
Players will learn how to get open against both zone and
man-to-man defences.
The camp will be led by coach Ian “Poison” Gomes,
a former national shooting guard, who played four seasons
in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division
1 basketball league in American.
Registration for the camp will take place tomorrow from
7 am at the camp venue.
